Portland Oregon crazy wackadoddles

The city of Portland Oregon is asking companies and home owners to turn off unneeded lights at night because it is causing migrating birds flying over the city to improperly migrate because the city lights confuse them. There was also another story about people being mad that that city and the police are not cleaning up the filth and garbage left on the streets by homeless people and at the same time complaining the city is not helping the homeless people. I say all the people that want to help the street people take one or two home with them.
