Yep, he's set to appear in court Dec. 21, 2018. Guess he'll plead not guilty so more money can be wasted on the stupid *.*.*.
At least the 1 year old child in the back seat was returned unharmed.

It is cold in Philadelphia in December. He probably just wanted to sit in jail for rest of winter to stay warm.
I have a farmer client that has a man working for him seasonal. Every fall after harvest, he says he will go on a drunk and get picked up by the local cops and get put in jail. He will do enough petty stuff to stay in jail all winter to stay warm and fed and also to get some health issues (dental, etc) taken care of and then get back out in late spring. Some people just don't have a life.0 -

there is a percentage of people imbued with TERMINAL STUPID....now our present system provides all sorts of benefits for this class and should include a FREE lobotomy...couldn't hurt 0 -
