    I have one as the upper is the most important thing. They don't shoot a bit better than my Anderson lowers and PSA Freedom uppers that I have around $400 in I built. I have 8 I have put together. Put together your own.

    I've had a Bushmaster XM15 Patrolman's Carbine issued to me for work for about 6 year or so. It's run lawlessly, and is accurate. we have several of them in our fleet of patrol rifles and haven't had any problems with them.

    I have one upper, the front sight was way off. I could not move the rear to even get on target. Sent it back to Bushmaster and they fixed it no charge. But will say even now the ones I put together shoot just as well if not better.

    Decent for the cost. My .223s don't like steel cases and my .308s were sloppily assembled at the factory, but I exercise them regularly...at least I did up until the boating accident.
