Does this mean they're not signatory to the new Global U.N. Migration plan?
The plan might not address "banishment to a deserted island". Although one objective is:
Use migration detention only as a measure of last resort and work towards alternatives would be met if Denmark was working towards finding an island more suited to the migrants liking.

Yes, but all you need to do is "show up" and ask for asylum, they're REQUIRED TO TAKE YOU IN. Might get lucky and sent to an island, then health problems and get on the Denmark furnished NURSE program.
