Holsters 2 years of experiments
I am somewhat of a holster hoarder. I have a bunch of holsters......really too many.
For the last 2 years I have been carrying a Glock 32, 357 SIG as my CC Gun. I used to carry a G26 but I wanted more firepower so I went with the G32 and I really like it. At first it was a little too loud and snappy but I got used to it and I shoot it well now.
But I wanted to talk about holsters.
Here are the holsters I have that I have carried all are IWB:
1. Sam Andrews McDaniel II- Just about the best IWB I have found. It conceals well is comfortable, its easy to draw and reholster. My only complaint is the gun has a tendency to cant forward during the day. I really like it and Sam Andrews is a great guy who will make it any way you want.
2. Milt Sparks Summer Special- What can I say? The SS is the holster most are judged by. Easy to carry and conceal. Holds the gun and doesn't move around. The rough out helps keep you shirt tucked in. Easy to draw and reholster. My only complaint is its a little thinker and heavier that the others. Great holster though.
3. Alessi PCH- Wow! Thin, light and comfortable. This is a dream holster, I don't know how they do it but the holster doesn't collapse when you draw the gun. My only complaint is its smooth side out so the gun and holster will move around some. During the day the gun will tend to cant forward so the muzzle moves to the rear and the grip is almost in line with your torso.
4. Alien Gear Hybrid- Very comfortable but its huge. These do a great job concealing the gun and they are comfortable but they are big, hot in the summer and kind of awkward. What they do though is Hold the gun in place. There is no movement of the holster, its easy to draw and reholster.
Which do I like best?
I am leaning toward the Alessi PCH but the McDaniels II and the SS are a close second.
I forgot about my belt. I have tried several and I settled on my old riggers belt.
I think a good belt is the key to a comfortable holster and carrying a gun all day.

I have boxes of holsters always seem to end up with the Don Hume JIT just a simple belt slide IWB just don't work for me 0 -
I used one for a few years when I was CC a 1911. I was stationed in the PNW where I could have a shirt or coat on 10 months of the year.
Here in NC during the summer its a bitch to conceal a gun under a t-shirt[;)]
Here is a holster I have not tried but I am impressed with:
Max-Con V by Brommeland Gun Leather. I have heard it conceals better due to the design of the snaps.
