Getting dumped on -
Biggest snowstorm I have seen in the six years, since I moved back down south from up North. (WNC/extreme NE TN.) [Boone, NC, Mtn. City, TN.]
Forecasted to get 18-20" by Mon. AM. Well we've got at least 16-18" now, with the major amounts yet to come. It's been snowing 2"/hr. since early AM. It's been dumping on us. I love it.
Got the Jeep prepped yesterday. Got a Family Feed (for 4) KFC, on the way home Fri. Picked up a 12 pack of Tacos yesterday. Only have two left. [^]
Cut and split quite a bit of additional logs/wood Fri. eve. Plenty inside, plenty under cover outside close at hand.
26* out. Snowing heavily. Do not plan on going to work tomorrow. [:p]
Pit (Buddy) is too funny running around in the snow. Burying under it like a submarine.
I love it.
Started snowing about 9-10pm last eve. Had 5-6 inches by midnight.

Just hoping I don't have to get up north in a hurry. Mountains are a mess and I -77 isn't much better. 0 -
Watching a critter that loves to play in the snow is one of life?s little pleasures. 0 -
Lost satellite signal. Went out to clear dish, and shovel my way out to vehicles. (100' + or so )
Turns out a neighbor had plowed my driveway with a tractor or UTV. (Another 150' + out to road.) [:D] Snow piled up 2 1/2' + on either side of drive. Felt like I was/am back in N.Y. State.
Dog loving it. He is a Nut. [:D]

Just came in, been plowing and shoveling all day. Broke my scraper blade right off and had to borrow one.
Got about 12? so far and still snowing.

Finally stopped snowing. I figure we've got 20". Not sure what we will see overnight.
The more snow, the better. I love it.
We got 48" in 24 hours up North, one time. On top of the 36" we already had. Loved it. Still love it. [:D]

Here in central VA it was supposed to start snowing this afternoon, with 1-3 inches. It started at 0700, 16 inches on my back deck now, still snowing.
We have food, heat, backup power and bourbon. I plan to stay here until I can see crocus and dandelions.0 -

Negative. His first snowfall over a foot. He seems to be loving it. He is a Nut. Submarine.
We're both inside with the fire going. Not planning on going to work tomorrow. Shoveled out to the vehicles, cleared the dish. Got left over KFC ready to go, were set. [:D]0 -

As you know, it looks the same around here. I love heavy snow. Will drive my Jeep in to work tomorrow, first time in months. It's 39* now, melting off.0 -
