Glock G45

Just got one yesterday. Nice gun. Going to go shoot it hopefully today.

    Similar, but there are differences aside from color...the grip at the mag well on the G45 is different, it will accept all Gens of Glock mags, where as the 19X has the lip that won't allow Gen 5 mags to seat. The G45 comes with front slide serrations, and G17 mags, instead of the extended mags that the 19X comes with. I do not believe the G45 comes with night sights standard either, where as the 19X does come with night sights.

    Looking forward to your review of the G45. I just picked up a G19X and look forward to taking it to the range. I like the balance as it is like a commander 1911 instead of the full size.

    Thanks for the link David,...I'll keep an eye on his auctions. Somebody recently got one for $496 plus shipping. Pretty good deal!
