Free Tacos -

Don't get much Mo betta than that. [:D]

My Mom left me a message to stop by her house on the way home from work today. Stopped in, she had all the fixings ready to go in take away containers for me. Even a couple fresh avocados. Salsa, cheese, shredded lettuce, shells, (soft and hard) everything you need to chow down. She knows I've been pulling lots of OT, (next week will be 3 six day work weeks in a row.) She knows I LOVE Tacos.

(Chilling on the back deck with the dog, and the Tablet just now.) Overcast/drizzling, wind pretty steady. Florence coming over us. Supposed to start pouring rain tonight and tomorrow.

    Damn. That's too bad. I had a whole bunch of really great stuff set aside ready to send you. (Including a 24' ladder that extends to 30'.)

    Cooked a couple more lbs. of lean ground beef, with diced onions in with it, Some to be added in to the Taco mixture, the rest to be used in cooking during the week.

    Have 8 hard shells pre-loaded with refried bean/ground beef with onion mixture and smoked Chipotle powder. Baking at 120* for about 25 minutes.

    Fresh slivered lettuce, a slivered avocado, diced fresh from the garden high acidic tomatoes, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, hot salsa, Tabasco sauce, etc etc.
