Probably but when it comes to being paid by all the U.S. Taxpayers to deliver propaganda to young people, the NEA is top of the list and there is no competition by "conservatives".
The propaganda media comes in second when it comes to awards and there are hundreds of media awards ceremonies where they gather to give themselves a pat on the back, paid for the citizens of the U.S.0 -

Not too concerned about awards for dubious achievements, personally.
While the NEA is not technically a Democrat organization, its actions benefit its members to a much greater degree than they promote human and civil rights.
Organizations that tend to be labeled as Republican vs. Democrat that advance human and civil rights such as the CATO institute, the GOA, the Nazarene Fund, etc. do wonderful work that actually advances the cause for human and civil rights unlike organizations or individuals who, while their motivations may be heartfelt, pursue equality of outcome over equality of opportunity.
Special rights do not equate to human or civil rights. They only serve to divide and subjugate, not unite and uplift.0 -
