My yard needs mowed and I don't give a damm

It is too hot to be out mowing the yard and has been since I got back from Seattle. It was 86 and humid in Columbus when I landed about midnight last week.

I am three weeks overdue for weed whacking, it is looking like a jungle and I still ain't gonna do it. Until it cools down to the mid-low 80's it can just keep growing. I tried to work in the barn on the floor with two fans blowing on me and I can't stay hydrated. The humidity is like a wet blanket.

I have a day and a half worth of work to do and I am a half-day man any more.

Getting older ain't for sissies but we do get a bit wiser. The house is 72 and dry. It is where I am staying. [:D]

    If you leave it.....and let it grow tall and die.....then toss a bunch of spider web mess here and there. You are looking at the perfect Halloween decor!

    Lawn guys are a dime a dozen nowadays. I happily leave 45 dollar check under the doormat and magically the weeds get taken care of by some Alfredo. Best deal going, I could hardly get the lawnmower maintained , the weeeater fixed, gas... my naps...
