  Too bad it?s in Whitehorse in the Yukon.
  
  But I could Alaskan ingenuity doing similar.
  
  Years ago the small airport in Ennis MT had a, I believe a old Taylorcraft airplane on a post by the airport, but it was stationary not a wind vane.
