OK :

2011 Mercury SUV with premium sound system w-6 cd built in changer :
Have got a 'stuck' cd in the unit ? any ideas / suggestions short of taking unit out & a disassemble ???

    How do U flush the radiator ??? Cant seem to find a drain valve (peacock)?

    Any ideas ( U tube was useless so far ) ???

    If it's "The Proclaimers" CD with I'm Gonna Be 500 Miles LEAVE IT BE [:D].

    Also they still had CD players installed in 2011? Let alone a 6 disc shuffle. I would've thought a iPod jack was standard to the head unit.

    If it's stuck you'll need to "go in". At the very least you'll need to take the cover off. So what disc is stuck?

    Oh you might put in the make and model on youtube. They might have a fix.

    Bend a 1/4 in hook on a paper clip,, insert under disc, hook up, find hole in center & pull out. I did this to the player in my Grand Cherokee that had 2 stuffed in it. Got both out, player works fine.

    I disconnected the battery and reconnected at exactly low 12.

    Drive a washboard dirt road at that speed the dash is hoppin up and down, then push eject repeatedly.

    Some of them used to have a manual release button hidden somewhere on the case. It would be a hole that you would insert a small wire or whatever and push to release.

    Don't know if your's has that though. You might look in your owners manual for any hints.
