sexually assaulted and basicly fired

In DC a female teacher was assaulted by another woman and was then put on unpaid leave. The assault was on camera.


So the victim was punished. The attacker was not caught for a few weeks.

So why was the teacher put on unpaid leave?

She asked for more school patrols until the person was caught. When the caught the pervert her laywer stated she was on PCP, Alcohol and MJ?

The teacher is a nice looking white woman and the assaulter/pervert/drugee is a fat bl*ck woman.

    I doubt anyone here did not pick up on this when they read that the incident took place in D.C. and victim was punished.

    I think that's pretty standard. I've worked at a couple of places where employees were beaten or infected on the job; none got administrative leave. They were always told, "that's what your sick leave is for".

    OTOH, if there is a threat against a high ranking manager, the company/agency usually pays for armed guards during work hours.
