Torturing animals shows serious mental problems

It also can be an indication of a mass murderer in the making. This guys old enough to already start. Lucky he's in Mexico but I'm sure the Dimms will welcome him with open arms.

The video surfaced over the weekend as angry residents took to social media, looking to identify the man seen walking up to a dog, luring it close and then violently stabbing it with a large knife. The defenseless dog can be seen shaking as it bleeds out and eventually dies, while the man walks back to a table and drinks a beer. Piedras Negras is immediately south of Eagle Pass, Texas.

    I will pass watching it I have too much affection for dogs
    local news seems to always have some one hurting , killing a small pet in spite of a loved one , or last was a group of calfs several dead and 6 more almost from lack of care and feeding .
    the owners of any animal tortured should receive the exact same to hell with the PC crowd

    putting down a sick or injured pet or stray wild animal a whole different league , I have done those and never felt good about any of them and will have to do it again sadly cost of having pets
