What the heck?? Email problem....anyone help???
I don't know what is going on, but when I get an email from someone from Gun Broker and try to reply to it I see it is going to the wrong person. I have been emailing back and forth with someone about an issue. The emailed me last week. All of my auction questions seem to be going to his email address when I reply to ANYTHING that is sent to me from Gun Broker.
I asked support and they said I must have saved his contact. This doesn't make sense to me because I'm not creating a message and choosing a contact to send it to.....I'm replying to messages.
I use Gmail. Anyone have a clue what the problem is?
Here's another strange thing....I think it just has the wrong name on the "sent" message. I think the messages are actually going to the right people because I got a reply to a message this morning that looked like it went to the wrong person, but if that were the case I wouldn't have gotten a reply.
So.....looking at my "sent" messages you see a bunch of emails that look like they all went to one person (the wrong person) when they are all replies to emails and went to several different people.
I hate computers!

Open those sent messages to see what address they actually went to.
It could be you've told GMail to use the same header for all GunBroker related messages but the addresses are correct.0 -
GB support helped me and got things fixed.
I am just not built to understand how any of this works. To me....if you "reply" to a message it should go to the person that you are replying to. Somehow this is not how it was working and I had somehow saved a user's contact and my replies were going to them.
I had to go into Google and delete the person's contact info. Now all of my messages look correct.
What I have learned.......nothing.....I have learned NOTHING. This is all still witchcraft to me.0
