Sam06/al-Shabab/Nairobi
It looks like al-Shabab is at it again in Nairobi. Major terror attack ongoing at a hotel complex. Briefly watching the news feed, and looking at what passes for "specialized forces", as the article referenced. Just how in the hell do ya tell one from the other? I understand it's a 3rd world country but damn.

Definitely not the rabble I saw on the news feed. It's time to get busy and clean out the crew in the hotel.
Out of curiosity, do the al-Shabab idiots tend to have any degree of sophistication and planning in their attacks or are they mainly run in, shoot the place up then get killed kind of folks?0 -
From what I have seen they are on it. They pick High Profile places that are crowded where they can inflict maximum damage and get maximum coverage.
They kill just about everyone they run into but they will muslims go. In the mall attack they asked people if they were muslim and then asked them questions to prove it. If they answered correctly they let them go.
They also like to hold hostages to slow down the Police/Army response and cause more damage.
I would say they are on their game, and in the end they sacrifice themselves to the cause.
All that adds up to a very difficult job getting to them.0 -

It is the best way to deal with them is to kill them before they get the chance to do stuff like this.

They used Nerve gas on them.
I really don't see a problem with that. I think a Non-Persistent Nerve Gas would be a great way to kill terrorists.0 -
