  Had a friend that was a Ranger in Shenandoah Natnl Pk. He arrested a man from NY for shooting a deer. 30 miles down the Skyline Drive from any entrance, deer as tame as can be. Tourist pulled over on side of road, Bambi walked up to car, idiot shot Bambi and was loading Bambi in the trunk of the car.
  
  
  THAT cost the tourist $5k, loss of gun AND car, and some time in the slammer. He just could not believe that he had done anything wrong.
