Hell you cant buy pistol or rimfire ammo in less than 50 count except for specialty defense boxes.

I turned 18 in 1973. I didn't go to Viet Nam. The war was winding down by then.
BUT I could have served 2 years there, with a colt 1911 pistol, M16,
870 shotgun, M249 granade laucher and a Law rocket.
BUT when I came back to NYC, I could not legally shoot a .22 target pistol on my gun club's pistol team.0 -

House Bill 2551, filed at the request of Governor Kate Brown, would define many commonly owned semi-automatic firearms as ?assault rifles,? prohibit young adults under the age of 21 from receiving such defined ?assault rifles,? require firearm transfers be delayed for up to 30 days for the Oregon State Police to conduct background checks, and impose stiff criminal penalties for those who allow a minor to access a firearm.
Senate Bill 275, sponsored by Senator James Manning (D-7) and Representative Salinas, and House Bill 2505, sponsored by Representative Barbara Smith Warner (D-45), would include language from the failed Initiative Petition 44 of 2018. It would restrict the right to self-defense by imposing a one-size-fits-all requirement for the storage of firearms.
Senate Bill 87, filed at the request of the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries, Brad Avakian, would prohibit young adults under the age of 21 from purchasing firearms and allow firearm dealers to discriminate against and refuse to sell firearms, ammunition, or firearm components to adults of any age.

Will even make cities that approved a shooting range liable is somebody is hit by a stray bullet. The person who fired and the range are all liable. So this would mean they would shut down all ranges.
Of the senate proposed bill I only made it to 5. From the number that I saw they are flooding the system with bills.0
