    I'd be interested to see how accurate it is. While I always reccomend fixing a vehicles instruments, may I reccomend you first try it in a vehicle with a working speedometer as an accuracy check?

    Did that today on the way to town. Seemed like it was right on. Just have to watch certain areas where it looses a satellite. Speed may be off a little. Weird it was the very same places I lost XM.

    Did you look on ebarf? They have used speedos for sale. Install is easy. Usually 4 screws and tilting the wheel down.

    You can get the whole shebang rebuilt for under 200 bucks.

    I lost XM on purpose, they have been trying to get me back ever since. Really, Top 100 radio for 8 decades? Even the classical offerings are limited.

    I went that route when the trip meter on my motorcycle quit. The repair quote was twice what a used speedo cost me.
