    Those on the East Coast have you heard how many showed up for it. A friend just posted a Video of on lot just full and she said their were 4 other lots with more bikes. I would say from Events I've been to their were at least 100,000 in that lot.

    She is a Gold Star wife, A Navy Seal is providing her ride.

    I did try to look it up but can find little on it.

    Well if participants want it to continue they need to put up the funds to keep it rolling. If they can't pay for it, it's not going to continue.

    The Volvo plant near me paints up a new rig each year and sends it to the rally. There?s strong support for veterans organizations at the plant. Usually 150 to 200 bikes embark with the truck.

    My wife?s cousin works in the paint shop and sometimes is involved with the graphics.
    I don?t ride in poker runs etc, but this is a big thing among bikers around here.

    Did it many times. It could be chaotic at times, still was a great time with great respect for the nations heroes.

    Will the million moms or million liars march pay up too?

    We rode Run To The Wall and National Veterans Awareness ride from 05 to 15, we would sit on the hill watching the parking lots fill up, it was really impressive. Hate to see it end...........

    I'd like to see it make a long run on the Jefferson Davis Highway from Arlington, Virginia, to the southern most points of the Southern U.s. to San Diego to Canada. Know it will never happen, but everyone should see it at least once.

    Couple of years ago I asked the guys heading it up to think about holding a west coast version. There are a few Nation Cemetery's out here they could use. Or a Military base. Was flat shut down D.C. or nothing. I tried to pitch the Idea there are many like me who could not take that much time off.

    It would be right at a week out and a week back. Now I could ship the bike out and ship it home Fly out to just make the event But that did not seem right either.

    Good try, Gunny! Maybe one day somebody will make one around the country...in segments, sorta like one on the west coast as you mention.

    Here are two rides that start in CA and go to DC. You can ride all the way or just one leg of the ride. There are 4 separate routes across the country, check out their websites you may find a time to ride....
