Well I'm not getting anything done today

    got a tractor steering arm apart for a neighbor so he could move the front wheels out 8" ..rod in tube,.multiple spaces and had not been moved in 24 years...he tried at his place and gave up...in my shop chained one end to front axle of a big tractor and chained the other end to a utility tractor and drove forward till chain was like a banjo string, then heated and tapped with two hammers..took about 45 minutes of tinkering till it finally started to move...he took it home to clean the rod and tube with large grit sandpaper then coat with a heavy grease and put back to new spacing...saved him $3-400....getting hot by then so that was my do for the day.....

    I walked outside this morning, it was too hot, so I walked back inside and had more coffee.

    I walked outside this afternoon, it was still too hot, so I walked back inside and now I'm having some Chardonnay.

    Perhaps tomorrow I'll get off my ass and go outside, in the heat, and do the tree trimming that I need to do!

    I have 2 skylights I have to replace on a metal roof. Have the skylights but WAY too hot to think about getting them in[xx(]. Waiting for maybe a cloudy 70 degree day[:(!]

    Yep, I have been working on unplugging my sewer system for most of the day. Almost 100* with 33% humidity!

    Its something that HAS tp be done.[:(]
