Supposed to be hot today.

The weather prognosticators say we're supposed to hit 107 degrees here today, 104 tomorrow, but only 85 Saturday.
Should be real pleasant to work in. NOT!

    Just had one of our AC units go out. Crap. It did this once before and it was a low refrigerant situation. Hoping for the same this time. It was a relatively painless fix the last time. The worst part of that is that my wife is on night shift and just got home. It's gonna be mighty warm for her to try and get some sleep before going back in tonight.

    I?ve worked in the mountains, the arctic on two continents,the jungle and a couple deserts and I too once bitched about hot summers, but then I spent multiple summers in Kuwait.
    I quit complaining because compared to that Broiler, everything else I?ve experienced is plumb tolerable.
    My max temperature experienced there on a very accurate thermometer was 58C / 136F

    I am an Oregonian. I was born and raised here. Screw this heat. I am ready for a nice gray cloudy day with rain. Lots and lots of rain.

    I'd settle for some nice East side 50 degree fall days and 35 degree nights. This heat sucks! On a bright note, my wife tells me it only got to 104, which I found reassuring since I'd just climbed out of my pickup and the thermometer in it read 110 when I pulled in the driveway. [:(!][V][xx(]

    Supposed to be 85 as a high here today. That will seem cool compared to the last several week.

    Yes yesterday was hot, rode the Harley yesterday and like ridding in an Oven.
