Is 32 Tacos Excessive??

I've had 8 on Sat., 8 on Sun., 8 on Tues., (I took Mon. Off.) Will be having another 8 here shortly. [:D]


These are Killer homemade overstuffed individually fried Soft Corn tortillas, in EVOO in a small cast iron skillet, Sharp cheddar cheese, very good guacamole, sour cream, shredded lettuce, Tabasco sauce, hot red salsa, green salsa, cooked Ground Chuck w/ Chile Piquin', red chile dust, and green chile dust (compliments gunnut505's generosity.) w/onions and green peppers, mixed in with Ranchero re-fried beans.

I'm sure I'm forgetting something.


I've been in Taco Bliss, last several days. [:0][B)][:p][:D]

    Nah,....not excessive at all. I have been known to eat 12 at a sitting,... when I was much younger of course.

    No way could I do it now though. I'd be on the toilet for a week.

    32 tacos are not excessive unless you are talking one meal. That just might be a touch excessive![:D]

    Chili cheddar tacos are my favorite. A ground-beef with bean chili stuffed into a toasted hard shell, covered with a mound of freshly grated sharp cheddar. That's it.

    So no, 8 per day is what I call a good start.
