Big Bang Theory.........Penny?!?
Can anyone explain to me how Penny ended up being thought of as this huge sex bomb/symbol?? I think she is attractive but I just don't see her as burning hot. So what am I missing??

If you were to go and watch the early episodes, Penny was pretty much the only female on the show. She was the object of Leonard's desire.
When compared to nothing else, it's hard not to be the best (hot, sex bomb/symbol, etc)
As mentioned in the other thread, she didn't hold a candle to Sheldon's sister.0 -

early on when penny 1st appeared ( a lot younger ) she was a nice looking gal but as stated if your the only one on a show its not a tough call to be singled out .
I knew many of my co-worker "buddy's "watched the show just to see her . I would say it helped the ratings due to her looks .
I just never seen the draw to her like many others had but to each there own . and no I would toss her out just saying [}:)]0 -

Very pretty young woman but not quite hot.
There are many better looking actresses but not on that show so as mentioned given the competition she is hot on TBBT but would be average if she had to act alongside real hotties
