A long term effect of the Trump administration versus a Clinton one is the appointment of federal judges. With the majority increase in the senate the appointment of conservative will continue for at least two more years.

If President Trump can win a 2nd term and the GOP can hold a senate majority it will make a huge difference for the next few decades.
