    I got through about half of it.

    Sure, most of what was offered seemed like good advice, but it also seemed like common sense.

    Obviously there is a legitimate discussion regarding the enforcement of some laws and an oath to uphold the Constitution, but that would a different conversation.

    If the basic tenants of at least the first half of the video are not something that comes naturally in a person, I would think Law Enforcement would not be the best career choice. By extension, having these basics presented as something significant questions the professional nature of his target audience.

    You have to consider that most new hires are VERY young, and are products of the government school system.

    The lessons covered in the video were presented in my basic academy in Arkansas, and in my FTO classes and other since then.

    Redundant or not, I also covered these points with rookies when I was a trainer.

    It is too bad that teaching such things is necessary.
