Henry 22LR: Age by SN???

I picked up some rifles from an estate and 2 are Henry 22LR lever action rifles, the same as far as I can tell

One is SN 473381H and the other is SN 155994H

Anyone able to guess as to when these were made????

Is there a quality change with these and which is better older or newer ???
