Sig P-365 question
Is there anyway, maybe by the ser. #, to determine if the firearm was mfg. AFTER the problems were worked out? Thanks

Sigs come with the SN and a build date on the box
If you don't have that you can call Sig with the SN and ask for the build date0 -
The new model has the 'XRay3' day/night sights on them. The front sight is green. The model numer on the box will include XR3.

If you go to the sig forum there are several lengthy discussions on that topic. If i recall , one after mid to late summer should have the new design striker and a couple of other tweaks. Mine is an October build and runs great. It just has a dead front night sight. Be sure to check that out before buying. I had the pick of 12 of the dang things and never thought to check the sights... 0 -

Case is marked April 16, 2018. Does that help? Appears may be a generation 1[xx(]. So if I contact Sig will they update this free of charge? Thanks for the replys 0 -
Sig has great CS, call them 0 -
Mine is marked April 7, 2018 on the box. Having spoke to Sig customer service they informed me that anything manufactured after April 1 has all the recalls and mods done. Most of the problems were worked out from February to the end of March they said so I don?t think you have any problem with yours being made mid April. 0 -
