We have had a Momma Bear and series of Cubs coming by to hit the Blackberries every Year for over Ten Years now...
She also cruises by when the Salmon are running in the Stream just a Hundred Yards away...
One Year, I took a pic and told the Flatlanders that We had a New Guard Dog...0 -
About the 1st year she came by she barked at me like a dog would. She had hidden one of her fawn under he grapes. I was almost standing on it. And she was pissed.
Now the fawns will bounce off at 1st sight she just slowly wonders off. Think she know she is safe.0 -

Kind of worried for my deer friends. The guy who lived there before would have just put food out for them.0 -
There's your opening to have a talk with them, tell them the State DNR let the deer out at your place and they're keeping an eye on your location watching the advancement of the deer [}:)]. You probably couldn't drag the rappers over then [:D] 0 -
I havn't had grapes for the last 5 years.
