So many gone. So sad...
Sold five guns in the past couple weeks. Almost like a massacre since I sell so seldom. Bought one yesterday so net loss four. Thinking about letting a couple more go. The gun room is too crowded and if I sell a couple more guns I can consolidate and sell one of the safes and make some space in the room.
Here's a photo of the new acquisition. I realized that I didn't have a plain old 45 Government Model. Now I do. Put on an old set of ivories I had on hand.

I believe it is a model "1991", but Colt has gotten away from the moniker, as people associate it with Colt's fall in the early 90s.
Colt still puts the best blue on entry level 1911s, and I've got 5 Colts, but no Government model either....but it's on my wishlist.0 -

I get it, I used to think I would leave em to the Kids but they have no interest so I will whittle it down to the wife and I's favorites and let it be. 0 -

Same here. I collected several types of guns for years, then I decided to get rid of them and sold them to guys I knew collected the same stuff.
I don't really hunt anymore so I am selling off hunting guns. I have been buying a few here and there but its stuff I want to shoot.
I(Ricci) have sold at least 15 guns in the last 3 months and I have about 15-20 more to go. Then its going to be gun related stuff like holsters, Magazines and parts.
I am only keeping stuff I want to shoot and do shoot on a regular basis or really easy stuff my Wife could get good money for fast.0 -

Now me. I'm gonna narrow down the collection to less than 21 (to gun and booze buying age [:D]). Oh and pellet and paintball guns don't count.0 -

Nothing of real quality. I have a pair of Mossberg 500s. One is sort of spoken for and the other is only interesting because it will come with 24 and 20" vent rib multi choke barrels. Short ones not seen too much. 0 -
