Gosh This is exactly what San Francisco needs to do! Outdoor crappers are already in Use there.

    They have had "open air public conveniences" there for years. Most I had seen had a metal, chest high screen around them for a little more privacy.

    I use them all the time. I pee on trees, weeds, grass, over inquisitive dogs, and any cat close enough.
