Huge boobs and physics
In high school physics I sat next to Tammy H, a young woman endowed with a massive set of incredibly perky boobs. Her mom was a yoga instructor / fitness buff, and taught Tammy all sorts of exercises and stretches, and Tammy would often lace her fingers together behind her neck, pull her elbows back, and twist this way and that to stretch her shoulders and back.
Yeah, I learned about no physics.
So here is my question: To move the huge airplanes at the airport, they use those tractors that weigh 8 and 10 and 12 tons. Bulldozers sometimes have bins into which earth can be loaded to make them heavier and more effective at moving things. If a pickup can't pull a boat out of the water, you're taught to have a bunch of guys sit in the bed to make it heavier.
This seems, though, counter-intuitive. If an engine has to move a tractor and an airplane, wouldn't making the tractor lighter allow it to move the plane more easily? Wouldn't an engine have an easier time moving 40 tons than 60 tons?
I know that extra weight helps with traction. Putting a lot of weight in the bed of a pickup helps stop the tires from spinning. I imagine that if force equals mass times velocity, increasing mass would increase the force, the impulse needed to tug the plane forward or push the dirt out of the way.
So, please, explain this to me.

I really loved the educational video!!!! Thank you !!!
But I must say, I so much prefer the real ones as opposed to the "enhanced" product. But that's just me!0 -

Nah - there really is such a thing as "too much of a good thing". Reminds me of the mother and daughter on a now defunct TV show about a gun shop. The owner/father/husband's name was Wyatt Something-or-other.0
