  From what. I read that is a good point you get a + point for a year without any infractions up to 5 points

  Yep, you get 1 point for each year of safe driving, up to 5 points maximum. These can be used as credit toward any point-charged violations.

  Thanks. I thought all points were negative and when you got enough of them they take your license.
