Update on my dog, Garth

Took Garth to the vet today. Vet said we did good at taking care of him. But the vet did give him some antibiotic just to help. She did ask why we waited about a week to she her and she forgot that we are truck drivers.
I told her i was conidered taking him to the vets out there on the road but she was not to happy with that because with my other dog, Lady, was not treated like she should of. Lady jump out of the truck and started to limp, so we took her to a vet that was close to us. After $450, was told she was good to go. So after two week out there we came home and found out she had small fraction in her leg. So we kennel her for three weeks at the vet and she was well taking care of. Thank God, the vet did not charge us for the kennel. My vet even called the other vet and asked for the xray, which we were charge for, guest what, there are no xray.

For the most part I can deal with most emergency out there but never had a burn on a dog.

    Glad the doggie is doing OK. Yes it is hard to make any kind of appointment when you are on the road.

    I have to get the GD airbags changed in my Infiniti and had to schedule for Dec 20 when I will be off for a week for the Holiday.

    That is great that you can take the dog on the road. My company won't allow it, or else, I would sure as hell have a dog with me.
