For me its scrambled eggs, topped off with salt and pepper, oregano, and romano cheese, thick cut bacon from the butcher, not the store, and hot black coffee. [:)] 0 -
That looks good! 0 -
That looks like a yankee breakfast. If the eggs don't have gravy and biscuits with them then it ain't breakfast. [;)] 0 -
And grits. Don?t forget the grits. 0 -

The only reason why biscuits and gravy came about this because the southerners couldn't figure out how to make Scottish shortbread soft so it always turned out hard. The gravy made the biscuits (shorttbread they messed up) soft enough to eat...[;)][:D][:D]0 -
OK :
Looks good so far : Needs ample amounts of TABASCO sauce on everything !
and:
Add some tomatoes and a big hunk of country ham ( or Bacon ) !!!
and :
Some type of pickles ( got to have pickles w-every meal) :
and :
Of course some wheat bread toast with real butter !
and :
Strong black coffee & a glass of cow juices (w-ice) !!!
YUM !!!! ( dont forget the Tabasco ) :::
Thanks !!!0 -
Good boy, I see you salt and peppered your eggs after you cook them. So many people don't realize that salting your eggs before they cook makes them rubbery... 0 -
Always salt an pepper after you plate. that is popper eddicut [:D][:D][:D] 0 -
Like it but wouldnt trade it for my bloodsausage. 0 -
Looks VERY yummy to me Neo![:p]
The homemade corned beef hash is soooo much better than that canned stuff!! The only extra I would need to make it perfect is just a bit of ketchup! [:D][:p]
I know, a French chef would be chasing me around the kitchen with his butcher knife for saying that![:0]0 -

No they wouldn't, they I have come to realize there are people out there that have bad taste...[:D]0 -
Looks great. However, not putting the eggs on top of the hash to help absorb the yolks is pure dumdassness.....[;)] I'd say enjoy, but it's really too late for that..[:D] 0 -

Home made corned beef hash and eggs for me!
I am now ready to meet the day, kick ass, and take names!
(So long as the asses aren't very big and the names are easy to spell...!)[:D]
Looks good. I just had a bowl of grits with sliced, hot Italian sausage.0 -
Doesn't matter what you have, it's breakfast so it's all good. Eggs, bacon, bacon, and more bacon, ham, sausage, hashbrowns, pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, corn muffins slathered in butter, throw some more bacon in there. DROOL DROOL!!! 0 -
As much as I like biscuits and gravy, could probably live on the stuff!
Probably not a healthy choice for every day but at my age, kind of thinking who the heck cares anymore![:p]
With the addition of homemade corned beef hash (and a ketchup bottle) I would be in po po nirvana![:D]0 -

Not to be picky, but I believe it is Dumbassedness. [:0][B)][:D]
Nice looking breakfast. I'm up at 4:30 AM, out the door for my hour drive to work by 4:50 AM. Usually eat a snack on morning break at 8:30 AM. Even the fast food joints are closed when I'm passing by. [V]0 -
OK :
Time to hijack this :
Looks like a Big BLT this morn. : add onion & pickles !!!
Thanks !!!0 -
Yesterday, it was Loco Moco: big scoop of sticky rice, topped with a Burger patty, Onion Brown Gravy, and Two Cackleberries...
Today, it was a Big Dutch Baby, with Chunky Cinnamon AppleSauce, Plenty Coffee.0 -
I skip breakfast more often than I eat it but on Sundays I make exceptions.
This morning I had a craving for American fried potato's and a couple of over easy eggs. I do like to add chopped onions to my taters as they fry but opted not to today, on account that I might be sharing a very small portion with my best buddy Corky the wonder dog.[:)]
Anyway, I used half butter and half olive oil and got them nice and crispy. Did the eggs in the same slippery pan.
Instead of using regular ketchup, I had this bottle of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup by Red Gold on hand.
It was very good stuff!![:p]0 -
All this talk about Tacos I'm going to go get a box of them from Taco Bell [:D]. Being 1130 they should be open? 0
