bump fire stock ban

I have not been able to find out if the bump fire stock ban has been signed yet. The last I can find is first of October they were saying it was in the "final stages" of signing.

Is there something I cannot find about a final ban?

  We are waiting for ATF to issue a new regulation.
  
  They issued a proposed one last Spring and now need to issue what's called a final rule (regulation). The new regulation will likely become effective 90 days after it is published in the Federal Register.
