    Yes, a .45 cal. Glock.
    Ex-Marine, legally purchased weapon, White guy,all the usual crap. Did use an extended mag which was illegal in Ca.

    As for the high cap magazine I wonder if dude got it in Arizona or Nevada? Or did he bring it in while he was a Marine?
