    Maybe Yosh meant "broiled".

Can't envision boiled fish...the only difference between grilling and broiling is where the heat comes from...broil from the top, grill from the bottom.

Of course one can argue the esthetics of cooking over Charcoal versus Gas and/or Electric but that is a whole different story and what is available at the moment.

Okay... I understand poached fish but boiled fish threw me a curve.

That young Lady in the video was nice to watch but hard to understand but the dish sounded pretty tasty...boiled or poached it means the same thing is suppose.

    Never had boiled fish?

You ain't from Minnesota and had lutefisk.

Also, try some Icelandic cod cut up in bite sized pieces. Drop them in a pot of boiling water and as soon as the water starts to boil again, drain and drizzle with drawn butter. Tastes a lot like lobster.

    No I no misspell.

hunter86004 got it right. Basically it's like crawfish boil but less spice. Also at the end you chuck a cup of kerosene to boil over the scumy foam. This goes without saying but some of youse need be told to do this out side. Also you'll have all manner of critters come a sniffing at night of the boil over site [:D].
