Socking .308 rounds like a squirrel.

Went by the gun shop to make my monthly payment for the White Feather. There on the counter and shelves previously owned ammo and bullet making components. There was a dozen boxes of Prvi HPBT Match 10,9 9/168gr.

Don't know what 10,9 9/168gr is. 10,9 measure of powder?

Also there were little slips of paper with 1201 with side way 14, 1301 and side way 08. What's that all about? Four digit number the lot code? Side way number the year?

I think I did okay with a box at $18.50 total for match ammo? I really need to do a .308 count I've been squirreling so I know where I'm at.

    168 grain is equal to 10.886 grams (10.9)
    Those Europeans and their metric system....[:)]

    It's a 168 grain pill. If its Privi (aka PPU) its probably pretty decent ammo...dont expect it to be gold match, but I've had pretty good results with it. And the brass is good for reloading.

    Compared well to late '60s vintage LC Match

    As stated the "10,9 9" is weight measurement in grams (15.4something grains per gram)

    Ah so, the 10,9 is the bullet weight in grams.

    Match but not "Match".
