Any you Youngin's need a .43 caliber rifle??
Well I just happen to have one and it's pre-rusted. All except the bore and that looks like new. You all need to light a shuck cause I only got the one. Should make a purty good squirrel rifle. Jed Clampett had one and he swore by it.

I would jump on that but I have one I made into a 45-70. The wood and action are good too bad the barrel has a good bore maybe you could re-sell it. Put a nice Green Mnt barrel maybe 28" long 1/2 round 1/2 Octagon. Cut the forend down fix the buttstock. Bead blast the reciever and re-blue or maybe send it out for a nice case hardening. 0 -

I had one those about 20 years ago. Found some ammo somewhere and decided to sight it in and deer hunt with it. After figuring out it had a trajectory like a mortar, I sat in my "close range" tree stand. Picked of a nice fat doe at 30 yards. I traded it off about 6 months later, but it was fun to shoot! 0 -

The "oddest" cartridge in my collection is for one of those. Folded head .43 Spanish- but the dies double struck, and the round has 2 case rims- one above the other, like a duplex nail. 0 -
