Flies are stupid
Been out in the garage using a pistol grip high speed sander to grind welds with. For some reason that spinning disc attracts flies, and they try landing on the disc. There must be two dozen f'ed up flies out there in the doorway of the garage.

The flies in my house are so stupid that they let me catch them and feed them to Monty, my praying mantis.
He loves them!0 -
Also, when I was a kid, I would catch big blow flies, tie a piece of thread to them about 3 feet long, take them to school in a matchbox and turn them loose in the classroom.
They would fly all around the room and cause quite a stir.
I never got caught for it!0
