Are any of you in the Hodgkins Illinois area?
I ask because I need to know if there has been any weather that would cause a UPS delivery delay.

Tuesday of this week the radiator in my Jeep blew a 3"-4" crack in the top tank. Since I needed the Jeep to go out of town this weekend I paid the $90 upgrade for 2nd day shipping. It should have been here Thursday and my replacement radiator still isn't here.

    There's a light snow falling now but there has not been any heavy weather this week, just an occasional light dusting that did not accumulate.

    Thanks SoreShoulder, that's what I needed.

    Now, to see what UPS says about the delay.

    Well, this blows. Checked UPS website and found you have to have a paying account with them to demand a refund. Hate doing it, but had to lay it in the Amazon sellers lap.

    Update:
    I found two messages in my e-mail this morning. One from Amazon and the other from the seller.
    The seller has already processed the $90 shipping refund.
    I certainly hope they are able to get their money back from UPS. Being backed by Amazon I've no doubt they will.

    Did you get the radiator? Does it show in tracking? Seller may have dropped the ball on this one, or it was stolen off your porch.

    Tracking shows it's still in Lenexa, where it's been since noon Friday. And that really chaps my ass. Just 130 miles away and could have been here Friday and installed that day.
    One would think paying for 2nd day shipping tells them it's a priority, but once it's outside the delivery time priority goes out the window.
