Our ground must be more saturated than I thought
The weather radio is telling me we will get three inches of rain ahead of the new hurricane. That doesn?t sound like a lot to me, but the mechanical voice says it will cause flooding of the Dan River and pretty much every river in South Central Virginia and Northern North Carolina.
