    I guess "Markeis" learned that lesson the hard way. Good riddance.

    Yesterday young kid was riding one of the carts for the handicapped. Did not have a problem with it until he got to a spot the cart could not get thru. Kid jumped up and ran to get what he wanted.

    Really wanted to body slam him so he needed the cart. Just guess his skin color.[V]

    Seems a bit excessive when you think of it as 'just being pushed' by another person.

    On the other hand, the guy that got shoved to the ground didn't have a clue what the assailant's next move was. As I have aged,....along with my fairly significant physical limitations (due to health issues)compared to earlier times, I have concluded that taking a possible beating (especially by a younger, stronger person)is not something that I am willing to do.

    I very well may have shot him too.

    All they had to do was quit breaking the law.

    Moving the car, asking to move the car did not justify the black attack. The woman would have taken less time and energy to move the car than to get out and harass the man, and the dead thug got justice. Instant justice, love it.


    Are the blacks going to riot on this killing too?

    I think I probably would have. As much as I don't like jails I need a better reason for being dead.

    I watched the video several times. Y

    es, the man was knocked to the ground in an unprovoked attack, the dead guy was the aggressor for sure. My issue is with the timing of the shot. The assault was over; the dead guy was not attacking him again, he was, at it shows in the video backing away.

    Was the attack worth killing him over?

    I do have my reservations but the law is clear. The shooter was within his rights to fire, the dead guy attacked him. I would not want to be the shooter living with what he did. Only he knows in his heart what the truth is and why he fired.

    The baby Mommy is flat wrong claiming the dead guy did not do anything wrong, he most assuredly did, he aggressively attacked the man. It is also a WELL DOCUMENTED FACT that black drivers park in handicapped spots most often abusing the spaces reserved for our fellow citizens with health issues.

    remember gang ...time your shots not 1 second before nor 5 seconds after...you gotta hit the sweet spot just before he breaks your face or permanently injures you and negates his bleeding heart lawyers next move...at my age i would not feel guilty about saving my broken whatever or permanenet disability ..or worse... white , black, brown, red or green is not a "special privileged" color to me...i hope the bazzard had a moments awareness that he screwed up

    Neither one of them showed much common sense. Who in their right mind would pull into a handicap spot when they are not authorized and assault a man without first trying to find out the reason for the conversation in hopes of not having to fight? And who in their right mind that carries would approach black strangers in a situation like this, with the racial climate, arguably, at an all time high during the last half century, all across this nation, and expect for the encounter to not escalate. At least the shooter has the local/state law on his side for the moment.

    I don't think anyone can answer that question without knowing what was on the mind of the attacker. To assume that he was finished with his aggression would be a risk that some may want to take, but as for me I have no crystal ball to forecast the attackers next move and being just physically attack I would feel defending myself against further aggression to be a high priority.

    Exactly. Appearances can be deceiving. For example: What if the gun had misfired? Dollar to a donut the kicking and stomping would have been on...IMO.

    I suspect this gentleman would be facing a different outcome in other states. A civil suit will likely ruin him financially, even if he prevails. Better to call the Police and complain about the parking violation rather than get confrontational with others or jut let it go. My guess is he's wishing he had done that right about now.
