Whats This Drink Called

I went to the mountains for a few days with my wife and another couple we travel with.

I poured 6 oz of vodka and 6 oz of diet mt dew. They asked me what i called my drink i told them its a half and half.

I can only drink 1 or 2. Im a lightweight.[:(]

    When I looked at the Forum one thread titled, Whats this drink called, the next titled Absolutely Disgusting. I agree, waste of good vodka. You did use good Vodka, right?

    A 'Half and Half' is usually 1/2 Guinness Stout and 1/2 Ale.

    Safe to ask for that outside of Ireland (except in an Irish Pub). Not a good idea when in Erie. Thus a 'half and half'.
