The left is going nuts about Roe v. Wade

More feigning crisis. They have no agenda for improving America so they have to continue drumming up old strategies. This is nothing more than a get out the vote campaign for the ignorant millenials. Some of the statements that have been made really cause one to wonder if their gun rights should be suspended. Some of these Dems have completely erased any line between rational and irrational thought. The entire world is going to be extinguished if Trump gets to pick one more Supreme Court Justice.[:D]

I'm just curious how one would go about overturning something. I thought the court just ruled on the cases as they came through.

Maybe what they mean is that the supreme court will no longer rely on precedent and will actually rule on the case as it applies to the constitution.

    One can hope anyway

Seperating a child from its parent when the parents are trying to enter the country illegally is wrong. Seperating a child from the mothers womb and killing it is ok. Illogical as Mr Spock would say.

We don't need more unwanted, uncivilized, inhuman children as there are too many already as a result of LBJ's efforts in the 1960s.

sad but just a fact of life . countless kids now no one wants in the care of the government and many more abused by parents who do not want them .
honest I hate to say it , but maybe its a necessary eval , I hate the thought of back room abortions some will turn too if made illegal .

I have mixed feelings about abortion. Killing in the womb is wrong but at the same time in many cases is probably more humane. The solution to a majority of cases is personal responsibility and using birth control. Is that really such an impossible task ?

How could you guys not know that the founding fathers of this nation went to war with the most powerful military at the time so that they could have drunken, irresponsible sex with prostitutes and have abortions? Abortions are mentioned all throughout the declaration of independence and the constitution!

However you feel about abortions, I challenge you to show me where in the constitution of the United States does it give the Federal Gov. power to govern abortions. An enumerated power to govern abortions.

The same system that worked a century ago would work again today and for a lot less money than we are shoving down the rat hole today, but it will never happen until enough people are sick and tired of our future generations being raised by the Crips and Bloods and MS-13.

The orphanages, Churches, foster parents and adoptive families of old turned out some great leaders, some ordinary citizens and a few criminals, all of whom are preferable to the street urchins we turn out and live with today, and that system had the added benefit of the kids getting to eat in the summer time when the schools are closed.

Now you know what has to be done. Unfortunately I can?t do it and I doubt if you can do it. We just have to wait for enough people to get fed up with things as they are. LBJ can?t be held to account in this world, but I?m sure there is a special place for him in a Great Society somewhere.

    1) intentionally stopping the heartbeat of a human heart is exactly what we do when we execute those on death row. So that shows right there to me what it is.

    2) it would further piss of liberal democrats to see another one of their favorite policies overturned...which would put a smile on my face.

Talk about pre-judging a person. You wish to kill this person because they may become someone you do not like. Your own children could become someone you don't like and so could anyone else's. I am sure there are people that don't like me, and some that don't like you. Should they kill us?

    +1

As far as I am concerned abortion is very low on my priorities list.

Exactly. We should be killing every unwanted kid everywhere. Maybe even folks that act like kids that no one wants.

I sure hear a bunch about "unwanted" children. My issue is this...
If the father wants the child he has no say. If he don't want the child he has no say but will pay for the rest of his life.

If you want an abortion, fine get one. If you want me to pay for your abortion, first one is free if you sterilize yourself.

Also, if you are on any assistance by the government. First kid fine, but sterilized. No more money for more kids. My bosses never gave raises for the number of kids.

    Pro hypocrite or pro life?

For 80% of the morons in this country, yes, it is. Personal responsibility isn't even an idea to most people in this country.

There is more of a chance or R. v. W. being overturned than the Second Amendment.

Gun owners losing sleep means the Pro. R. v. W. group will have unrelenting insomnia for the next 6 years.

When Trump won, Libtard says: Get your abortions now.

My problem with both the abortion and the gun control fights is that they are over control -- who gets to say they are RIGHT!!!

I really wish we'd spend some of the money that will be raised in this fight to do something about unwanted pregnancies and teaching gun safety.

When I was teaching one of my students was killed in a accidental shooting. Hard to explain to a class full of teens why it happened.

I also looked into the eyes of a girl who thought she might be pregnant because she gave in to her "boyfriend" one time. She was to be the first of her family to go to college.

    Yes, the problems are real.

Wish we could deal in real solutions.

I completely support PP for those that live on welfare and suckle off the government teat. That $100 (or whatever) abortion saves the taxpayers hundreds of thousands (maybe millions?) in welfare, criminal justice and prison costs till the poor urchin turns 18, or has their own leach on the taxpayers... I fully support PP for the ghetto crawlers.

However, If you can afford kids, then there's no need whatsoever to use abortions as birth control.

Why the hell is her "choice" the taxpayers' fiscal responsibility?

Happy to deal in real solutions. Let's start with not killing kids and work from there. That argument goes for both 2A and Abortion.

I'm throwing the bullsheet flag on this. When you teach irresponsible people to be irresponsible it only magnifies the problem. It's like saying you need to feed the pigeons so they don't eat your crops. It's a fools errand. They will just multiply more.

If you want them to stop breeding, you have to stop feeding. That is all there is to it.

You have to cull the herd or the resources will be consume to unsustainable levels and kill off even more.

Not sure if the flag was on my play or not... I agree that rewarding bad behavior only induces more. Hiwever, let?s look at reality. What are the chance of th US ?stopping feeding? said behavior? Snowball?s chance? See any pigs flying? Nope...

So - until taxpayer funds are rerouted the ghetto crawlers are going to breed like Muslims / rabbits. If it costs $100 (or whatever PP charges) to save 100ks, I?m all for PP.

Someday, the correct priorities will happen, but most likely not in my lifetime....

No major power has ever gotten away with the proper solution.

Too many bleeding hearts want to keep the rat and pigeon infestation going. It's easy, because it is not in their back yard or their stuff getting chewed up and sheet upon.

I would approve of govmnt funded abortions is there was mandatory sterilization at the same time.

I would also like to see the laws changed, and hopefully this will happen, that if the woman has the final say in whether the child lives or dies, that the fathers dna responsibility be totally absolved too. And with that, if she chooses to keep said child without a father around to help, she only gets one child for public assistance and is sterilized. And the child of such recipient to be sterilized at youth too.

Sounds a bit harsh, short of trenches and bulldozers, the most humane way to deal with it.

Sterilization and kid confiscation if you can't be responsible to take care of them. Why let that same poverty (poor me) mentality train the next generations?

So no, I do not and will not ever buy the $100 saves $100,000 joke of logic. There needs to be consequence. That $100 will promote promiscuity and thus double the number of people on welfare, not save $100,000 but rather double it.
