I just read the head line earlier I did not know they executed in japan anymore but then he did commit the crime in 1995 [:0] there just as bad as USA in waiting / hoping for the perp to die of old age 0 -

1979 or 80 There was a rapist in Kin Ville. Took a while but they finally got him. He was a Marine, We had to send a rep from each platoon to see it. To remind all of us what could happen. Did not take long from trial to hanging.0 -
20+ years, free room and board, health care, television, clean sheets, probably air conditioning, I see no justice.
