surviving a robbery and shooting
It appears from the back ground this occurred in a foreign country. This gentleman was wearing a motorcycle helmet at the time he was robbed and shot in the head. He is one lucky fella, not lucky he got shot, but lucky to be verrtical. Perhaps an under powered load?
