this morn news said she was complaining her firing and charging with manslaughter was unjust and unfair...?????? should have been MURDER 1 .....NOthing less....

Hadn't thought much about the charge but one source makes me believe it's Second Degree Murder, minimum.
The subtleties between murder and manslaughter reach their peak with involuntary manslaughter, particularly because an accidental killing through extreme recklessness can constitute second degree murder.
