Not sure about the name of the enterprise: BenShot ?? Might be a great name, will remember it for a long time.

I definitely see an AK in the bunch. They might have snuck in from next door as they mention 16 employees and I think I counted 19 in the picture. (could also be management).
Good on them however, and a nice bonus for a small company. I worked for a very large company for nearly 20 years and never received a bonus.
Well they did come up with a possible bonus one year. You had to come up with an idea/concept to save them a certain amount of money each year. ( I think it was a minimum of $10,000) You not only had to come up with the idea, but you had to implement , document, and prove it . The bonus was for $500 and the program was to run one year.
About 6 months into the program I had accomplished the goals and documented the savings (expected to be approx. $50K that year and ongoing). I got called into my supervisors office and congratulated, but was told they had run out of the money allocated for the program so I would not get the bonus.
This is a multi billion dollar company.0 -
I bought a couple of their glasses a number of years ago. It was a father & son team back then. Interesting enough, their building in WI was once a Thomas Edison furniture manufacturing location. 0 -

Awesome, I noticed the two who originally declined may be recanting. I think education, training and having fun using firearms in target type events removes a lot of the initial negativity 0 -
